All Pro® Power-Vest® feature Protective Contour-Foam® cushioning and the external weight pockets to insure that there are no pressure points on the shoulders, chest, upper back, or spine. Two D-rings and touch fastener closure strap make this one vest fit all sizes, both men and women.
The 20 Lb. All Pro® Power-Vest® has 40 individual 1/2 lb weights in 20 gusset pockets. Ship wt 22 lbs.
